The TS Vindicatrix Association of Western Australia had its inaugural meeting on January 12, 2005 after an informal meeting was convened at Fred Reid's home on Wednesday, October 13, 2004. A group of six Vindi Boys met to form an association in Western Australia perpetuating the "TS Vindicatrix" training ship at which over 70,000 (Vindi) boys were trained from 1939 to 1966 in the craft of seamanship and catering in the British Merchant Navy.

Since then the Association has gone from strength to strength with more and more members joining this original six members.

We meet every third Thursday at the Fremantle Workers and Social Club, Henry Street, Fremantle at 1130hrs where we enjoy a lunch from the galley and a bit of “Swinging The Lamp” all Vindi Boys are welcome to join us.
